As a person that suffers from anxiety I haven't been comfortable with my care here for quite some time. Called and left a voice mail just after noon on a Friday with a new insurance medication coverage issue..also sent a msg on my chart but received no response at all....for a mental health prescription. Fail.
My mother-in-law was recently hospitalized after a fall at home. She is chronically ill requiring oxygen and is very decontioned. The hospital sent her home in a ambulace (because she can't get up the steps and into the house with a leg brace on, oxygen and weakness) and dumped her there. She is unable to stand up from a chair on her own or use the toilet. She is completely unsafe at home.
