We took our Sweet cat Echo in for surgery last week and the last thing we were told was “we will take good care of her”. Well, that wasn’t true. Echo died and never came home after a bleeding vessel was missed and anesthesia was done a second time to suture the vessel (both of these things were told to us). But it was too late. I feel horrible and it seems to be just another day in the life of the clinic.
