Had an appointment at 2 o’clock, arrived at 1:57. Waited till 230 when I walked out, Gen does a great haircut, I asked if someone else could do it but they said she will be only a few minutes. When I left she was still in the middle of another cut. It would’ve been another 20 or 30 minutes, I don’t mind waiting 15 or 20 minutes for an appointment but not 30 or more.
I had the pleasure of getting the opportunity to have my hair highlighted and cut by Gen! I have always been nervous about going to a new salon but she definitely put my mind at ease and took her time to explain and give options on how I wanted my hair. She is a very proactive person and gets the job done I will definitely be back just because of her!
Billy is one of a kind and hard to beat. I’ve been customer for about 15 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the Cutting Crew Family!
You don't have to go to a fancy salon or spend a ton of money for a great hair cut. Laura is a ton on fun and very professional. Great hair cut. In and out quickly.
I came into this place with my twin daughters who are 10. We had never been here before mark was super awesome! My girls wanting to go with a really short stylish haircut and mark took the challenge and did such an excellent job! He was kind, quick and efficient khana and my kids enjoyed having a conversation with him. We will definitely be taking in the kids back when it's time for a trim!

I absolutely loved my experience! I was so nervous and Mark (at the kingston pike location) made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted and I left there very satisfied with the end result. I would recommend going here! LOVED IT!!
