I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and in less than a year I've had to have the ball joints, window regulators, window motor, heater and starter looked at/ replaced. Either the dealership shop or the third party shop is cutting corners.

Bought a car a little over a month ago and have now got around $10,000 worth of repairs on the vehicle. They didn't offer me a service contract or a warranty agreement. I have asked for their help and they refuse. I'm trying to get ahold of corporate to resolve the issue and am getting nowhere. Wishing they would do the right thing but am still fighting to get ahold of someone.

On 9/14 I called 4 times to get an appointment. Kept getting transferred to a line that looped endlessly with no one answering the call. Finally got an operator to give me a direct line and someone answered. I need a repair on my Fiat 500; they can't give me an appointment because "the" mechanic is in school until 9/29 and he's the only technician they have. Seriously. So the place that sells this car only has ONE person to fix them and he's in school. Unbelievable.
