Is there less than one star? Because this company deserves it. Dropped my 2019 Ram 1500 off to get looked at, less than 9k miles and is already having issues. After talking to the maintenance tech they told me they would have to order the part and would have it in 2-3 weeks. Okay, no issues. I “traded” in a car to Cutter Ford. They called me 2 months later saying the bank never accepted the deal and that we would actually owe them money for “borrowing” the vehicle we left the lot with. Never got my car back and got the run around from these scum bags.

Straight up bait and switch tactics. They posted a a 2020 Gladiator for $41k on FB Marketplace. I was ready to go buy it today. Contacted the salesman, was told that price doesnt include the lift, tires, or $9k market adjustment they put on the vehicle "just because they can." Straight up dishonest advertising just to get you down there. I've got screenshots of the ad and convo with salesman, but it wont let me post them on this page.
Extremely overpriced for general labor and will not answer your phone calls if you have any questions while your jeep is in the shop.
