Service department, Guy names Thomas Kenley, will over charge, and pretty much take advantage, by saying he will save you money. He is a coward and a thief. Please do not trust him, or cutter. They fooled me 2 times. There are several other places to get your car fixed or serviced. This place will rob you!! Beware of service department and sales. Look at the reviews on yelp as well. I’m not the only one. Hope this helps someone! I would love to speak with someone in management.
Absolutely the worst costumer service!! They lost so many of our documents and after the deal is sealed they no longer try to help.
I went to get an oil change and waited over an hour and a half because the service was completed but no one notified me so I just sat there waiting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
In my case, there has been no customer service after I purchased my vehicle. They say someone will call but they never do.
The sales people are great, but after the Deal is made and you sign papers, but if you have a problem their follow up and customer service, to get things done is the worst. No follow up on paper work, no communication they always put you in voice mail and when you go there everybody is busy. No service.
