I am very disappointed! My daughter and I had an appointment, me for manicure and she for mani-pedi! We sat soaking our hands for about 30 minutes and when the nail tech came to do our nails, she never asked the shape or length we wanted…just chopped them off as short as she could get them! I think she was mad that we only wanted regular manicures. I’m not able to have gel or acrylics due to medical treatments I receive! She barely filed our nails so they were sharp on the sides!
