One of my best experiences yet – I searched all over Raleigh, Cary, and Durham for a place to get my hair done. A lot of the places I looked at were either in a place where I didn't feel the least bit safe or the person I spoke with was rude or short with me. When I went to CCFab I spoke with two ladies. They were EXTREMELY helpful. They answered ALL of my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking. AMAZING GRACE!!! – I met a young lady at a grocery store and asked her where she got her braids done. She told me that she got them done at CCF. I looked it up on the internet and saw all of the reviews. I called and spoke with Grace and she gave me so much information. I set up a consultation with her for the next day. Customer Knows Best! – I have been getting my hair braided forever and wanted to find a place close to school, as I'm not from the triangle area. When I came across this salon and all the pleasant reviews, I had to call and make an appointment. Ms. Grace was very nice. First Time Customer – Hi Everyone. Ms Grace is the consummate professional. I called and she took me right away for a consultation. We agree on the particulars of my appointment and I went back the next day. She was fast and efficient. I got tired as I am not used to sitting for so long to get my hair done, however we finished in the amount of time that she told me it would take. Her shop is clean and quiet. Customers Really do come first. – I called Customer Come First today at 9:00 am and I was given an appointment right away today at 11:00. I was taken right away without a wait. The owner gave me the best treatment ever. She is very hands on and she is also in to her customers. She has a personality that is filled with love and gold. I will never go to another shop. I am her customer for life.
The Customer Really Does Come First!! – This was the best experience I have ever had in getting my hair braided! I was so impressed with Grace and her winning personality. She ws so attentive to my level of comfort while she braided my hair and I love it!! Grace Rocks! – Grace is awesome. From the first time I spoke with her re connected. She is very friendly, outgoing, honest and has a welcoming spirit. She isn't push nor does she try to push christanity upon you as I read in an earlier post. Coming to her shop was one of the best decisions I have ever maid. Plus, my hubby said he was very pleased, and he hates braids. I will forever be customer of her shop. She rocks!
