I can't believe she is still in business. I got married in 2009. She wouldn't respond to emails or calls for weeks at a time then would say she is working on them. She said she was shipping them but they never arrived. Two weeks before my wedding I called and called and when she finally answered and pressed her on it she said well you told me to cancel your order, which was obviously not true. Don't book this place to make your flowers.Susan is a HORRIBLE business woman. I am really surprised she is still in business. My husband and I got married in April 2009. We ordered flowers from her in January 2009 with the promise that we would have them no later then March 2009. It was always first come first serve so you figure that if you give 2 months notice on something, your going to get it right.. I am having the same issue Laura Ballou had. We ordered the flowers quite awhile ago. Susan, the owner never answers her phone and it is hard getting her to respond to emails. She promised flowers by November 28th. Well it's November 30th and still no flowers. I haven't heard from her and am beginning to believe I got ripped off. Should the flowers arrive, I will change my review but as it stands I am very unhappy with the customer service and with the lack of flowers. Weddings are stressful enough. No one needs this. I will start my review with this: The flowers were gorgeous. They were good quality and arranged nicely. The reason for the low rating is the experience of getting them. I ordered the flowers about 5 months before the wedding which I thought was in plenty of time. The consultation went fine and about 2 months later I was consulted again for guidance.
