Custom Roofing & Coating Inc. placed a new roof on my home in August 2020, approximately 5 years ago. We developed a leak several months ago. I started in October 2025 reaching out to them on multiple occasions. I used the portal at least 3 times and a phone call to the office where a message was taken at least 3 additional times.
