Great gym at an affordable price
I came to Custom Fitness before the storm and this girl named Lillian that works there was very judgmental and rude. I also noticed that she was talking poorly about gay/people of color. I have never had a problem with anyone else that works there. I usually come at night and Brooklyn, Morgan, and Lexie have always been very nice and helpful. Great facility, clean and equipment works well, staff is helpful and friendly! Good price.
Make sure you read your membership contract very carefully. To cancel your membership you must send a registered letter with a check for one months dues. This was buried in the second page of fine print. In the past couple of times I called several times to cancel my membership. I left messages that were never returned so I was unaware of the cancellation policy. I finally stopped in to make sure and was informed of the policy.
