Great facility, lots of upgrades recently. Amazing how much has changed in a short time. Awesome employees as well.
I was a looking for a gym to workout at without being judged. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The Custom Fitness staff have been nothing but excellent. They go above and beyond my expectations of getting what I want out of a gym. The price is beyond reasonable and they have a vast variety of workout equipment and classes. I would recommend Custom Fitness to anyone at any age.
I loved the gym. Very clean equipment, clean changing rooms and up to date. The yoga class was fantastic, loved it! Everyone was so friendly and nice. I had not one bad thing to say until I went to cancel my membership due to health issues. Not a good experience at all. I called ahead, to see what I needed to do, and was told to come in and sign a piece of paper. She said as long as the managers/owners were there, it would be taken care of. Custom Fitness is the first fitness center that has ever made me and my daughter feel so welcome!! They are so friendly and knowledgeable, always more than willing to answer questions or show you how to use a machine. They are never judge mental or make you feel inadequate! My daughter is quite young and over weight and the staff has been so friendly and supportive of her, always complimenting her on what a great job she's doing or watching to make sure she's using a machine correctly so she doesn't get hurt.
