I had to cancel my membership because we moved to Marion. 6 months later they make an unauthorized transaction for $300 from my debit card. My wife called them to question them and they said they never received my membership cancelation and hung up on her. Sounds like something a con artist would do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody...
My son has been in the Tae Kwon Do program for 2 1/2 years and has no plans to stop. It's a great way for kids and adults to learn self esteem and muscle control for this and other sports.
The front desk staff have always been helpful. They have been making improvements and upgrading the facility. They're friendly and courteous. My son really enjoys the Tae Know Do classes they offer.
I do not believe it is very professional to have the front desk staff and those standing on the other side of the desk talking quite loudly about their personal lives, heard swear words half a dozen times and stopping just long enough while members check in or are heading out the door. Really put me off to this gym.
We have just started, still personally getting comfortable working out in a gym atmosphere. Learning the machines and what's right for me. Very happy with what I have experienced thus far.
I started working out with my trainer, Charles last week and I feel awesome. Charles keeps my workouts challenging but fun! Thanks Charles!!!!
