It is now 1 year later and the deplorable service continues. It takes no less than 3-5 days to get simple answers to simple questions. It makes no difference whether you try to communicate via email or phone. The latest saga is a faulty remote. A new remote was sent to my apartment, but the tech won’t come to set it up. They want to pair it with a larger job to power their blinds with adapters instead of batteries, which I requested a quote for. Getting the quote took 3 weeks.
