Ordered drapes, drapery rod from ** ****** Custom in home Window on June 13th.....and was told several times different stories when the brackets and the finials shipped, which were missing from the order. Still waiting since July 1st that it was all in. This company is dishonest......and untruthful to their customers. In March 2022 we placed an order for shutters for our whole home. The first installation person did such a poor job, damaged walls and trim and hung the incorrect shutters. In may we had another installer come out, Re measure and re order all correct shutters. After the July install we still didnt have all the correct shutters. I have called and spoke with customer service(*******), left messages for her manager, sent emails through the customer service portal and I still do not have any resolve to this nightmare.
Consumers beware!!! This company makes you pay in advance of a repair. I did this but really dont like to pay in advance of work to be rendered. For a reason.. I paid the $150.00 repair cost for a *************************** blind repair. They wouldnt schedule the appt unless you paid in advance. The guy came out and determined he couldnt fix it. If I could put a 0 star, I would. Nothing but a nightmare. April 9th was the install of 3 door shades. Parts were missing and here we are Nov. 2nd and we are still waiting for parts. CDI never follow up, we have to keep making calls and it's always an excuse after another. We ask for compensation, there is no reply. Purchased automatic cellular shades, very expensive,and 1 year later broken - I've been trying for weeks to get a repair appointment scheduled - can't get one, can't get call back, I've emailed, no response. Customer Service people sweet but useless, they can't schedule. They can't get hold of repair person. Absolutely awful. I would never recommend these people but little did I know who I was getting when we called **** ***** for shades. The electric shades ($10,000) that the designer recommended for the master bedroom had problems from the first day. The installers were out to fix them at least 6 times in 4 months. My experience with this company was horrible. My purchase order was prepared and signed on 10/1/2018. My **** ***** Account was billed on 10/3/2018. I did not receive any communication from this company until I called them on 10/30/18. I received a call on 11/1/2018 and an email stating that my purchase would ship to the installer on 11/7/2018.
