John is amazing! He is so attentive to detail and did a walk-through of the entire house with me before he started to cleaning, to ensure that he'd seen all the spots I was concerned about. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Super professional - we will use him again and again!
I subcontracted Custom Carpets (John Drenski) through Houndstooth Carpet Cleaners. I paid for the “whole house” special. I have to be honest, my carpets now look the exact same as they did before!l. It seems all he does is gloss over them with HOT water. There are obviously no cleaning chemicals involved because my carpets are still dingy and dirty and they are only 3 years old. John is excellent! Great customer service, great pricing! Fast and efficient! Both times he came to our house he was on time! And by on time I mean 5 minutes before appointment time! So you know when he says 8:00am he means it! He cleaned my grandparents house and I was so impressed with his customer service and professional appearance, I decided to give him a try!
