I am so happy I joined the Curves team in 2011. I have never felt better. Lost they weight I needed to and kept it off. It’s a new me! My blood pressure is back to normal. My cholesterol is great. Without the wonderful Coaches and staff and my Curves friends I could not have done it!
My body, (heart) and soul love Curves workouts! Am working towards the first set goals. Thanks to the coaches for their feedback and inspiration!
I enjoy the work out, it doesn't take long and you feel so much better when you leave. There have been times that I was tired when I started my work out and when I was finished I was recharged and ready for the rest of the day. It's a great place to meet other women who may be faced wit some of the same challenges you are facing. It's nice to know you are not alone. Thank you to our Curves coaches, Colleen, Laura, Karen and Terry.
