Curves is so very so good for me and fun. I am proud of myself for starting back at Curves.
This is an awesome place to workout. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I love the ease of Curves. No Gym hype, competition or pressure that you get from co ed gyms. The machines adjust to your performance and the staff is so friendly and supportive. They truly understand and help you reach your goals. I always feel so much better after I leave and have more energy during the week. Thank you, Colleen, Laura, Terry, and the rest of the staff.
The greatest thing is 30 minutes of workout is equal to 1 1/2 hours elsewhere! Yeah!!!
