I joined Curves Jenny Craig 3 weeks ago. It's been so good for me. Colleen and Laura have been awesome to work with. Always encouraging and training me on the machines. Everyone is very friendly. I'm loving the diet. The food is actually very good. I've lost 9lbs. This body hasn't exercised for so many years that I can't count. I would highly recommend this to anyone, young or old. 😆
