I LOVE this Curves. Great staff and sociable fellow exercisers. Lively music and good hours.
I love my Curves MDR... Its close to my house so I can walk if I want and that is what keeps me going 3 times a week. I have been a member since May, 2005 and it keeps me fit and full of energy for a Sr. I have logged in over 1300 time. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CURVES!!.

The best Curves I've been to! Open long hours and weekends, Have all the machines plus the stretching station, and the coaches are dedicated and SO inspiring. They work with you and help keep you going. Thanks, Curves MdR!!!
