RecommendedGreat place to workout.!! The 30 minute circuit is the best workout to build muscle, I've noticed my body is getting tone and firm!!! The coaches are helpful and motivating.
I was going 6 times a week! Sometimes even twice a day! The staff is awesome! And it's fun to work out with good friends and family!

It’s the best strength training routine. It feels easy but it works and the stretching adult jungle gym is fabulous. It’s also social and fun!!
I go three times a week and it makes an enourmous difference! I am 84, and it has given me Balance and I walk better and can get in and out of the bathtub! The owners and aids are terrific, its a joy to go!
