Our barbeque is cooked low and slow. The baby-back ribs are very tender and flavorable, coming off the bone cleanly and easily. The pulled pork has a richness that is punctuated by the oak and hickory smoke. Grilled chicken, smoked hot italian sausage and boneless ribs are all very popular.
