I took my boat to Curt's to get some work done and they did a fantastic job! The mechanics in the back did a wonderful job, exactly what I asked. Curtis and his family will be receiving my business for years to come!
We recently purchased a boat from them but when we got it out on the water it got hot right from the start so we loaded it up and took it back to the shop the next day. They were very nice and told us they would get it fixed at no charge. Afterwards we tried it out and again it got hot so we called them and the guy that worked on it stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk to us on the phone and you told us he was going to order a new water pump and thermostat in order to fix the problem. The receptionist was awsome took me out and showed me a couple of boats. Does her best to help. She knows the enventory and pricing.
Dixie the receptionist was very rude and argumentative because she was not very knowledgeable on boats. I was quoted one price and then a completely different price . I was asked about when I wanted to bring my boat in and after telling her my availability, i was told rudely they weren't available for 2 months. Her lack of professionalism and customer service will lead me to take my business elsewhere and refer my friends elsewhere as well. 1999 Ski Nautique
