I had a vectrectonomy with Dr. Hagedorn 4-5 years ago in my only good eye from birth. I fortunately had a good surgical outcome and was able to continue working, but I had to have a cataract IOL implant 1-1/2 years afterwards which is a known side effect of a vectrectonomy. Due to communication issues with Dr. Hagedorn and how rude the front office staff was to a blind senior in the waiting room who had dementia, I won't return ever.

I really like Dr. Hagedorn- he's friendly, to the point, and willing to answer questions. Very professional, I would highly recommend him. Sometimes the appointments take a while, but since they're trying to stagger patients (both dilated an non-dilated) that's to be expected. And this doesn't reflect on him in any way, rather this is how CRA manages their practice.
