He was very thorough
Dr Hagedorn handled a resent misunderstanding about my wait time very graciously and honestly even though it wasn't his fault. Thats what really impressed me. He's kind and caring even though he's very busy. His staff are all like as well. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Hagedorn & his staff project their concern over my eye health, treat my AMD & offer suggestions.

Very knowledgeable
Dr Hagedorn, and the clinics entire staff, was first of all very polite and engaging. Throughout the procedures, staff and Dr Hagedorn kept me fully informed and assured. This provided me complete confidence that the result of my procedure would be positive.
All I can say is a big Thank you to all in the office .That are great .
Dr. Hagedorn is so easy to talk to, very comforting when I am nervous.
