I was having a Vitrectomy done and Dr. Hagedorn’s skill AND his bedtside manner were first class! I couldn’t be happier with the care I got, and the RESULTS too.
Dr Hagedorn is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. Made what could have been a difficult morning so much easier.

I woke up and completely lost site in one eye. , they gave me an appointment within a short amount of time on a Saturday. The Dr. was able to determine what was causing the problem.

Dr Hagedorn handled a resent misunderstanding about my wait time very graciously and honestly even though it wasn't his fault. Thats what really impressed me. He's kind and caring even though he's very busy. His staff are all like as well. I would highly recommend.
