Dr Hagedorn handled a resent misunderstanding about my wait time very graciously and honestly even though it wasn't his fault. Thats what really impressed me. He's kind and caring even though he's very busy. His staff are all like as well. I would highly recommend.

Dr Hagedorn, and the clinics entire staff, was first of all very polite and engaging. Throughout the procedures, staff and Dr Hagedorn kept me fully informed and assured. This provided me complete confidence that the result of my procedure would be positive.
