First saw Curtis Homes on the Central Oregon Tour of Homes in July 2019. Was very impressed with the quality, attention to detail and functionality of floor plans. Continued looking around but could not find this quality in a smaller home. Cameron had a lot in Hidden Hills in Bend and a wonderful 1800 sq ft plan that would fit the lot. We were downsizing from 2600 sq ft and he was happy to make the minor changes in the plan to enhance the storage to meet our needs. We had a great experience with Curtis Homes. They were great to work with, had great communication, and the final product is just what we wanted.
We fell in love with a 2019 COBA home tours home that Curtis Homes built from a Muddy River Design in Bend. We bought a lot in Sisters a few years ago and decided to jump in and contact the Curtis Homes team to see what our options were. Cameron got back to us immediately, met with us in-person, and helped us line out a budget, timeline and expectations. I hired Curtis Homes to build an investment property in Hood River, OR. They were on budget, professional and were able to complete the high-end, 4 bedroom, 3 bath rental property within the predicted timeline. This was a great, low-stress experience!
