Car needed body work we agreed that when the car be back from body shop I will come get it got called from my sales person Hector that somebody has bought it already. Big disappointment

Fundamentally dishonest in my opinion. Tried to add $2k to the price by lumping it in with tax, title and license. Tax is 7%, title and license add $321. That left about 2,000. I guess they were asking for that as a charge for the service fee of filling out the forms.

Take your business somewhere else They are rude & put extra warranty (hidden fees or dealer accessories) mandatory inorder to buy their car which is not mentioned anywhere on their website or cargurus listings 5 stars for Axel he was great & respectfull
Sales manager was disrespectful person to customer. Sales team and management unprofessional 1- not telling customer vehicle in transit but online for sale. 2- request for pictures, it took them 2days to send me. One day car was in transit that’s why and other day they being to lazy. 3- when I went for test drive, car wasn’t ready for drive it, excuses need breaks and other. Supposed to call me off from test drive. 4- sales manager-0
