My experience with Curry Acura was my worst experience ever. I live in in Queens but I work as a registered nurse in *******. While I was leaving work on 9/8/23 my car was unable to accelerate faster than 10 mph and I was getting prompts on the dash board to take the car to an Acura dealership. Seeing that I was not going to be able to make it home, I googled the nearest Acura dealership and Curry Acura happened to be the nearest one. "I recently visited Curry Acura for an oil change and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did they overcharge me for the service, but they also failed to inform me of the additional costs until after the work had already been done. When I tried to question the charges, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive customer service.It's frustrating to feel like you're being taken advantage of as a customer, especially when you're trying to maintain your vehicle's health.
