When I showed up, I was introduced to salesman Richard Vassallo. We were in the market for a new MDX. Richard knew the product extremely well and there was no pressure to buy from him. He communicated with us almost daily on the status of the vehicle and we ultimately purchased the vehicle. Richard gave a better deal than Paragon Acura and Elite Acura and the finance manger didn't pressure us for any additional purchases. These guys are horrible told me that the car is ready to be seen, which seems to be a different story. They told me that the car was at a different location and I was unable to see it. I told Kim who was the product specialist I made an appointment on October 11th and that the car was ready she then went to see someone else, and Kim came and told me we can have the car ready in a few. Sales team was VERY responsive and were eager to get me in a vehicle. I can say it was a pleasure dealing with them even though I did not purchase from them. If I should ever become in the market for another vehicle I would consider them.
