The building management is so friendly I know I can go to them with any issues (if they come up) I moved into a unit a couple weeks now and so far everything seems perfect to me! The only issue which is NOT the buildings fault is the annoying construction around. Make sure you keep your doors and windows closed before they start up their work early morning. But again, that’s not the buildings fault. Otherwise the management is fantastic!
Excellent workman - very comfortable to be around!
We are leaving after 4 months here due to the constant smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke in our unit, and the water that comes up through our living room floor everytime it rains. We later found out the last tenant had the same problems with the apartment. What is worse is that building management knew about these long standing issues but instead decided not to tell us about it when we viewed the apartment.
