Very happy to have a new water heater tank the same day I called. I received courteous and fast service from the minute my phone call was answered through to the installation of the tank. Cost was reasonable, about what I expected.
********* was great and awesome. The only problem was that they overburden there workers to get from appointment to appointment. I was scheduled from 2 to 4. Did not get here till 515. This is after I called at 410 to find out what was going on. Not ******** fault. Not a good impression for a first time appointment. Need to be in touch with customers to let themm know if running that late. I left work early to be at home.
Hello, I called Cummings Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling about a problem with our water heater (which we purchased from Cummings a few years ago) since it was leaking water. On time & very professional
Called Cummings Plumbing for a minor sink clog and 2 sink faucet cartridge changes, a total of 40 minutes of one-man labor/work. I supplied all parts. Their quote for this 40 minute job was $495.00. I asked them to leave and hired a plumber the following day who did the work perfectly for $75.00. Maybe they're hiring off-duty neurosurgeons to do their plumbing work? Who else gets paid $750.00 per hour in Tucson?
****** arrived on time. He called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was fri newly, and explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem. He offered suggestions to keep his from happening again. Invoice was sent immediately.
I called Cummings and they made an appointment for a service man to give me a free estimate and then they called and said he was able to come even earlier. The service provider was prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Gave me a quote on the spot. I will call when I need them again.
Very prompt response, and very professional! From the woman I spoke with in regards to my emergency to the tech showing up with all the needed equipment, it was flawless and stress free from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
