They got here on time and they did a great job. When I called to make an appointment they had something available soon, the service in general was great
Cummings Plumbing, Inc. and Jordan Benjamin are so professional and they know what they are doing. We have been with then for more than 20 years and will stay with them. We have had a lot of work done by them over the years and purchased just in the last couple of years an American Standard Hot water tank and a new AC unit.
Cummings has always been courteous, quick and have done an excellent job. We have used them the last 15 yrs living in Tucson and have been satisfied with new heating, air conditioning and water heater work. I would trust them anytime and have recommended them.

Our kitchen sink was backing up on us despite the use of Liquid Plumber several times. We knew we were in trouble when that didn't work. We tried calling 2 other plumbers and left messages. We never heard back from one and the other called us 2 days later. We needed something done ASAP! Cummings Plumbing sent out ***** the plumber the same day we called, who flushed out the line so we could use the sink again. Recently had major work performed on outdoor sewer pipe by ******** Plumbing. I want to commend everyone involved with the work. Everyone was professional, polite, worked very hard (and this in 106 deg weather) and did an excellent job. After the work was finished, they returned everything to it's original state including replacing sandstone paver stones. From ***** ********, to ***** ******* to **** and his crew, they all went above and beyond all our expectations.
Another Tucson company that does what they say they will. Arrived on time, did a beautiful job, didn't leave even a piece of paper when they were gone and the hot water heater works as advertised, and I know where to find them if I have problems, instead of calling and 800 number and talking to an individual I can't understand!!
Plumber arrived on time, was polite, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner.
******* did an outstanding job of fixing our drains. He quoted the price before starting work. He explained what he was doing and why. He told us what to do to prevent further problems with the drains. He cleaned up the areas where he worked. We couldn't ask for better service.
