Over priced, unprofessional - two guys came to fix the high noise on garage door. One of the door was not able to connect to Wi-Fi. They just sprayed WD-40 and tightened bolts, it was a 10 mins job. For Wi-Fi issue I had to call lift master customer service to get it fixed. Apparently there was no change in noise of the garage door. They charged $190. It was an Awful experience. I will never call these guys again!

I have dealt with Zach Rains at Cumberland Products over a period of years. He is one of those rare human beings who actually cares whether or not your problem is solved. He is kind, patient, interested, smart, and has excellent people skills. If you need a garage or fireplace installation, I cannot think of a better person to help you than Zach.

Cumberland Products has THE BEST customer service!!! We have had minor issues with our garage door over the years and every time I call for help, they are so patient and explain what to do before sending someone out. Thank you guys for always providing the best service!!!!

Thanks Cumberland Products for putting up our garage door opener yesterday. Two very nice and knowledgeable technicians came to install our opener. Thanks Zac for being so helpful and making this all happen.
