I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Bloom. My family and I have been patients of his for years. All of the sudden he is gone from his practice. He never reached out to his patients to let them know he would be leaving. We never received a letter in the mail or a phone call from his staff letting us know anything. All of the sudden a different chain practice with new dentist was there. I understand people move on and I do not begrudge him for change. I had to be seen for an emergency situation. I was not previously a patient and he and the staff were very courteous and helpful to me. I will be going back for regular visits.
Had a bridge put in. My temp. they put in, came out after two days, this concerned me, but when I went back to get my new bridge cemented in, , but less than 2 wks. while I was eating a grilled cheese sandwich , my bridge fell out, and to my surprise there was no cement in it, I did not see anything that was holding it in, so instead of going back to him, I will use another dentist, even though it is going to cost me more money.
Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Great Was the temperature in the office acceptable to you? No Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Probably yes
