Great tour for anyone from 4 to 77!!! Thanks to our guide Katerina, for her knowledge and enthusiasm! Great memories for the 3 grandsons (4, 7 and 9) and the grandparents.
The walking tour was very fun and informative. Be prepared for stairs and a few steep climbs, but worth it all! (There is an option that you don't have to go up the stairs). I went with my daughters field trip class and our tour guide Issac, was fun and he had interesting stories that kept the kids attention. He also answered all the questions good. I recommend the tour. It's an awesome cave with alot to explore. I can't wait to attend one of the concerts in the Volcano room. The chandelier has a great story behind it too!
My son's Cub Scout Pack did the tour and overnight experience this past weekend. Everything was a wonderful experience for the boys, but I would recommend that there needs to be a higher ratio of guides per tour group. We had 52 campers going through 'rocky topper- spelunking' tour but only one tour guide. Even if we had a second tour guide, he or she could be the caboose to help others get through the adventure. Overall a positive experience.

I took my 3 boys as part of the Trail Life USA overnight camp. We loved the experience! My body aches. My muscles hurt. And it was one of the greatest experiences I've had to participate with my boys! A definite must for anyone with children!
We took the walking tour and loved it! The tour guide was informative and kindly answered all of my children's questions. We even took our four year old daughter who walked slowly, but the tour guide was patient and understanding. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!
