I do appreciate being able to be fit into today's schedule however I do think it was too long to wait. I checked in at 9:15am & got called back at 12:15ish. When I was back to see Dr Lu she was fantastic along with her assistants! Overall though s is a good practice and everyone seemed to have great customer service skills! Yes I would recommend this practice to another person!!!!!
Very friendly, clean and professional I recently had a dental implant done in the office. I was very scared going in for the procedure. The staff assured me I would be just fine! Answered all of my crazy questions I had without hesitation. The doctor who performed my procedure kept checking to make sure I was okay and was very gentle. 10/10. I look forward to going to this facility for all my dental needs!
