Front desk impression, what counts I have one insurance card that covers all, however I had to call and seek some information that was needed for the front desk. This was my first visit and with that experience I was second guessing myself should this just be my first and final visit, But the dental service was awesome.
organization The staff do great work but there is a very long wait time past your appointment time. I always wait 30-45 mins past my appointment. Also, xrays need to be better organized because every time I come in they can't find my xrays and want to take new ones. You are only suppose to get them once a year unless there is an emergency.

Friendly local practice with a online scheduling and text reminders. I live right down the street from the Cumberland practice and it's so nice to have a place so nearby that does good work, carries my insurance, DOES ONLINE APPOINTMENTS via email, sends text and email reminders. Also consistently a pretty friendly group. I've come to Silvana Cumani's dental practice a couple times now, each time the dentist who sees to me is polite and cheerful, 10/10 for bedside manor.

She is a professional with a true human touch often lacking in healthcare professionals who just talk about it but rarely show such basic quality.
