Tonight I went into this Culvers and there was an employee standing behind the counter chewing on his fingers. He stepped up to take my order and I told him he needed to wash his hands and he couldn't wait in me. He waved for the two other employees to wait on me and went and stood back in the same spot and then to wait on someone else. This establishment is very poorly organized. I waited for 20 minutes to get two ice creams. While waiting, I can clearly see employees standing around unsure of how to deliver timely customer service. Clearly this organizational system is broken, and there is no management or leadership. I’m not sure how they can afford to keep the doors open with such ineffective systems in place.
poor customer service, placed my order at 7:05 p.m never got ready until 7:20 just cancelled it.
