Very poor service and training of employees Last time I was there I never did get my order and just requested A refund. Didn't like the way they kept opening burgers to find mine. Yuk!
When we went the employees argued amongst themselves very loudly and aggressively which made for a very unpleasant visit (while I was waiting for my food) did not get my order right...brought us the wrong food and my order also had missing items the second time. The employees had no clue what they were doing. I will not go back to that location ever. We will take our business to the Verona one! I seriously have never had such a bad experience at Culvers.
Very dissapointed... live a block away, excited to stop in for my first timr. Got a grilled chicken sandwich basket and side of cheese curds. I came as 945, close to close, yes, but still a long line at drive through. The curds were hard and cold, and my sandwich, which I specified NO pickles, had pickles. Will not be recommending the new store or going back. Waste of 13 dollars. Smh
Wow. Poorly run place. Waited 20 minutes for a mixer with people just standing around and almost no one eating in the restaurant. Couldn't even get anyone's attention to ask where it was or what was going on. No one apologized for the wait until the very end when they finally handed it to me (the 2nd time, the first time they made it wrong). Maybe if I come back in a year they'll have things figured out.
Very pleased with my 1st visit - They were exceptionally busy, yet staff was friendly and helpful, food was great as always
