Hey Culver’s, came by the drive thru just before 9 pm to get a Heath Bar Concrete Mixer. After I drove away I discovered something is terribly wrong with your Heath bar machine, or I got the wrong order. Tastes like Folgers coffee crystals. Only two people in line at drive, yet my order was messed up. I wouldn’t complain here, except twice in the past you messed up my fish dinners (no tartar sauce and wrong side). This visit disappointed me. I had the reuben basket. Poorly made sandwich. Small amount of meat all bunched in the center. I actually had to go inside and get the sauerkraut as there wasn't any on the sandwich. I am in Wisconsin visiting my family and was really looking forward to Culver's. But I have to say, my Culver's in Tucson AZ does a much better job.

Good food as always. Parking is tight if you have a trailer
Very timely service, everyone is always super nice and very helpful. My experience today was by far the best I’ve ever had, I drive by in the morning to see what the flavor of the day is. And depending on the flavor I’ll stop by in the afternoon to get a scoop. I stopped in and the drive thru was very busy, so I opted to go inside. I noticed they had changed the flavor of the day, a manager overheard my conversation with the cashier. I ordered my kid a kid meal and was charged the adult meal and got the adult meal. They refunded me for the adult meal and charged me kids meal.
