Sad to report that the service here is just not up to par with others in the area. I will stick to the Todd Dr and Cottage Grove Rd locations from here on out for my Culver's fix.
I opened the burger package and it looked like a soggy mess I pulled it apart to find a raw burger

My wife bought me a strawberry shake tonight at just before 10 we live 5 mins away and when she brought it home it was essentially milk with strawberries in it. We called just after 10 and no answer. I know you're "closed" but you're there cleaning so you can answer the phone!
The food was good, the servers were pleasant, and the establishment is clean, it's just that they messed up our order twice. This is a fairly consistent occurrence regardless of whatever Culver's we end up eating at.
Their drive thru is incorrectly set up. They let people skip line and they do nothing about it, so if you wait like you're supposed to, it's 30 minutes. I emailed to complain and they didn't even bother replying. They Also forgot to give us the cheese curds we ordered which defeats the entire purpose of Culver's .
New locarion same great food and service. Great layout for this location.
