This place doesnt know how cook a burger pink as fuck th8s place is so dumb i waste my money here like 3 tomes a week on some pink burgers and all i get is a free burger credit which the fuck up again...maybe when o say well done i should burn yhe fucking thing cuz u guys cant cook a thin ass burger and make it done...fuck this place
The last 6 times i went to this culvers my order was screwed up every. single. time. Managers are very unprofessional with dealing with screw ups as well and will give you any excuse they can.
12/14/16 no heat in the lobby every one was wearing their coats my kids were cold the people next to use had a 4 month old baby he went up their asked you guys to turn up the heat you said you couldn't I do believe that night it was about -10 out side... Next time shut down the lobby and run drive thru and you guys need some kind of heat lamps or heater for your food shoots if you plan on not having any heat in the restaurant cus some of are food was cold
Extremely disappointed in this culvers. They are really unprofessional and down right rude. My family went and order 22 dollars worth of food tonight and when we went through the drive thru (scott) I believe his name is took our order. He screwed up on multiple things so when I politely went in to address the issue he was very rude to me and told me that I was wrong and he would not fix the issue or refund me my money. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS CULVERS!!! By far the worst CULVERS and very unprofessional!! This location needs some classes on kindness and professionalism!
We love taking a drive to this Culvers. Have always met someone to chat with to make a new friend. Food and service has always been very good. Make you feel Welcome.
