During this pandemic, places wanting your business are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of disease. Well, apparently the Lake Geneva Culver’s does not believe in that! There are 2 huge signs on the soda machine stating you need to get a clean cup before you get a refill. I witnessed several people refill their original cup, take another drink from it, and refill it again. Not one employee said a word to them, nor did they wipe the machine off. The manager was standing behind the counter with at least 5 employees laughing and messing around, paying absolutely no attention to the counter or any customers for an extended period of time. When a worker finally came to the register, he asked, “is there something you need?”, rather than, “may I take your order?” After I ordered, he attempted to charge me for Sundaes instead of a dish of custard. Just wanted to say I got probably the worst order I’ve had. Chili cheese fries were SAD. Barely any chili, 2little chunks of meat. Hardly any cheese. Soggy. Ordered 6 pc shrimp basket. Ended up with a cod sandwich in my bag. Lettuce cheese and tarter sauce it was even a mess. Ended Up scraping it off bc I hate tarter, as I was not able to come return it right now. Paid way too much fir crappy food. Don’t think I’ll be back, worst dinner I’ve had in awhile.

COVID-19 and this Culver's location is rocking it out. Orders are fast and hot. Someone outside directing parking lot traffic. I'm impressed!!
Great food for a great price.
I don't come to Culver's very often and now I remember why. slow service and rude workers. why does everyone get parked at the drive thru doesn't take almost ten minutes for chicken tenders. lady at the window handed me my card drink and number and closed the window. also couldn't do the survey takes me to some random site. get it together already Culver's.
