Great Food, service, price & they are community partners.
Went to Culver’s tonight, ordered a shake and ice cream cone. They asked us to pull forward so we did. 45 mins later and we’re still waiting for just ice cream! They forgot about our order and 3 cars behind us too.. didn’t even apologize or do anything about it. Worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointed in the Lake Geneva Culver’s. I’m NEVER coming back.
Dirty, Can’t get orders correct, slow service, and rude help!
We wanted to give a shout out to let management know of an employee who made our day. There was a young man at your drive up window yesterday, Dec 29 at around 12:15. He was so friendly, had an amazing smile, blondish curly hair. We drove away thinking what a kind young fellow he was and what an amazing example of a role model for the upcoming generation. We left with light hearts and a smile in our faces. Thank You!

Horrible. Sad how bad service has gone down! You can’t even blame the regular employees when the manager himself can’t even get an order correct after 20mins of putting it together. Half the food was cold by the time we got it. Checked my order come to find out was missing a sandwich and hand tenders instead. Employee asks what’s wrong I stated order was wrong she called for the manager not once or twice but 5 separate times! “What’s the problem you didn’t pay for them” umm no but I did my sandwich and I want that not these!... read more
