Messed up the order and Nathan took care of it! Nathan Rules!!!
The food was disgusting! My grandson wanted to go there for dinner tonite. He was,hungry for a corn dog and some custard. He was literally gagging with his first bite! Once I got a look at the hot dog I could see why! I have never seen a hot dog that color in my life! A whitish grayish color! When I went up to the counter to let the workers see the hot dog and let them know that it was spoiled and that my grandson was gagging and had to spit it out, they looked at me like I was crazy... The service was very good and very quick. The food was pretty good. I would recommend Culver's to my friends.
Food was good and the service... I know have to keep the place running smooth but one of the employees was putting ice into the machine and just left the ladder in from of the pop machiine and walked away. Made it hard to get ice for your drink. Other than that every thing was good.
Disappointed train was not going again my grandson was not happy
Did the drive through tonight and asked for a cheese curd and a sourdough melt easy on the onions. Waited about 5 min and got the meal and headed back to work. Ate the curds on the way and started the sandwich at work (about a 5 min drive). The melt was burnt black in the center. Unedible. I drove back (another waste of 10 min of my 30 min break). They offered to cook another but just asked for my $ back due to out of time. They took another 5 min to get a $6 refund and ZERO compensation for WASTED TIME and COMPLETELY MISSIN... read more
