I work in the area and Culver's is always a nice treat. The handful of times I have been there the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. The owner/cashier is rude not only to customers but her employees (and in front of customers). They are incredibly under staffed, won't do upgrades etc and their excuse is that they are privately owned. Worst culvers ever!! Waited 30 minutes for my food. When I went up to say something they had lost the ticket. The owner/operator was rude and not at all apologetic. Told us shit happens and that the customer isn't always right. When I wait over 30 minites for my fast food and you the store lose my ticket , I would think that the customer is right. However not at this store. Will not suggest this store to anyone and will tell them to go elsewhere. Not even worth one star!
