Horrible service. Did not notice any management onsite. Waited 20 minutes for a small concrete mixer and was the only one standing there in the dining room. No one asked me if needed anything. Will not be back
New ownership has cleaned the place up and hired energetic, capable staff.
The new owners have gotten this Culvers back on the right track! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the new owners, and they were very friendly. The service was much improved, there were adequate employees working, and the environment was much better. Please give Culvers another chance under the great new management! Well done!
Worst experience ever....3 people working on a Saturday evening...30 mins to order...who knows how long to get food...no ice...tables dirty....someone needs to fire the manager.
There are stacks of office supplies in the lobby. The owner sits in an office chair at the front register and doesn't even acknowledge customers until they prompt her. The waits are at least twice as long as any other culvers I go to. I frequently tell my son (who loves their custard) that I won't come here because I don't have time.
Horrible service! Waited for 50 minutes for my food and finally got my food. I was mayonnaise with a little bit of chicken and lettuce. I called to complain and the owner told me if I didn't like my food I should call corporate and complain to them, it isn't his recipe. I was also very upset about waiting for almost 1 full hour. I was told that he just had 7 employees quit and only 4 working that he "couldn't pull people out of thin air!" We had to wait over 35 min for our food tonight. Nobody could tell us why the wait was so long. I will never go back to this location. They are using the booths in the dinning room for their office.
I am presently in line with a window number, waiting on my food. It's been 35 minutes and I have the time stamped receipt. NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN! I read other reviews stating the same. I don't care if this is an independently owned branch, they need an OVERHAUL FROM CORPORATE.
