I work nearby and have been here over 10 times. I am not sure why I keep coming back since they can never seem to get my order right ever. It’s always something.
I usually like Culvers food, but I ordered a flavor of the day tonight, got home and it was almost straight vanilla custard. Disappointing to say the least. Brownie batter overload? Not one brownie, zero caramel, possible bits of fudge? Maybe call it Brownie Forgot to Load.
Very clean store, counter help was awesome! Two hot fudge sundae's delivered to us before we were seated, with smiles! Never had a bad experience at this location!
I love their homemade root beer and the cheese curds - great experience
Ordered two cod dinners to go, good thing I checked the bag-no tartar sauce! I asked for some and was given ONE package. I told the young gal that I had two meals and asked why she only gave me one? (Got a blank stare in return.). Wound up asking the nice young man who took my order for an adequate supply...and he was happy to do so. (Food was good, but the low rating is due to service issues.)
I went to this place tonight. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. It turned out the cashier had not put it in. When I went up to check on it 30 minutes into the wait I told the staff to please expedite it as I am a diabetic and need to eat on a set schedule. It still took another 15 minutes to recreate and serve the order. The people with me and the people behind me got their orders in a timely manner. I used to enjoy this place but will not eat here again.
Poor service, lack of concern for customer satisfaction. False advertising on promotions, creating stipulations that are not published and refuaing to honor posted offers.
