Good food but very poor staffing Mgmt . Every time we come here during dinner there's only two cashiers. You have to fix this problem is very frustrating
Rude employees, slow service, melted ice cream, rude and mean to children. Mixed up orders, I can't really think of a time I have gone here that I have had good service.
I purchased 2 pints of Turtle frozen custard. There was only one in the freezer case (thank goodness!), and so they had to handmake one. The one in the freezer case was grainy and tasted freezer burned. Comparing it side by side with the fresh made one, it was obvious it was not as fresh and creamy as the handmade one. Next time I will ONLY have my pints fresh made. This was very disappointing because these pints are NOT cheap.
Ordered a concrete. It was so runny I could have eaten or drank it with a straw. Not a concrete by any means. Not even close. Won't be back. DQ does a better job.
So angry. Waited 25 minutes for a fish sandwich and my fries were COLD!!!!! Will not waste my time or money here again. 5 cars that were in line behind me got their orders b/4 me. Angry, angry!!!
Love eating here, so much better than regular fast food.
Terrible service. I've come here multiple times, and it never gets better. 15-20 minutes to get an ice cream? I can understand if it's busy, but I never come during peak hours.
Worst Culvers in Mn, takes cost to an hour fir one burger, or even a single scoop of ice cream, usually with the owner just sitting there watching as her employees try to figure out how to do anything.
The food is excellent - especially the fish - and is always served with a smile :) the service is great and the environment is just right for a nice lunch or dinner out. Thank You !! And let's not forget the yummy custard!
